On the morning of February 28, Zhou Ping, Secretary of the Party Group and chairman of the Kaihua County Disabled Person Federation, and Xia Yanqing, vice-chairman of the party, visited our Binhai factory and were accompanied by Xu Guoqing, vice-president of the group, and Zhou Dejun, vice-president of the Printing and Dyeing Company. 

In the meeting, Xu introduced the situation of the disabled workers in the factory to President Zhou. Kaihua County has sent 41 disabled employees to our company. They are assigned in different positions and all work diligently and steadfastly. Zhou also had in-depth exchanges with representatives of disabled workers to understand their current work situation and urgent needs, and encouraged disabled workers to face life with a positive and optimistic attitude and rely on their own labour, the government and enterprises will adopt policies and measures to strengthen the self-development ability of persons with disabilities and enhance their sense of gain and happiness.

After the meeting, director Zhou and his party, accompanied by Xu and Zhou, visited the dormitory and activity area of the new factory, extended appreciations for the living conditions provided by the company, and walked into the manufacturing plants, visited the AGV Intelligent Warehouse, Testing Laboratory. Finally, the company said it will continue to link up with the Kaihua County Disabled Person Federation to ensure smooth employment channels and help them better adapt into society, support themselves and truly achieve common prosperity.
