On the morning of July 2, 2022, Siris held a ministerial-level and department-level management meeting in the conference room on the fourth floor of Technology Company. Group General Manager Yang Baolin, Deputy General Managers Wang Guogen, Ge Xingrong, Xu Guoqing, Quanli and all ministerial-level and department-level management cadres of the company attended the meeting, and Group Deputy General Manager Wang Guogen presided over the meeting.
First of all, Xu Guoqing, deputy general manager of the group, introduced the company's plan for equity incentives and benefit awards in 2022, reported the implementation of equity incentives and benefit awards in the past three years, and explained the management methods for the appointment and removal of middle-level management cadres of Siris.
Then, Yang Baolin, general manager of the group, made an important report from four aspects. First, Mr. Yang made an analysis on the current economic situation of the industry. Due to the impact of the epidemic and political factors, the industry is generally faced with the reduction or transfer of orders and the dilemma of low-price competition. The overall situation is relatively severe. Secondly, Mr. Yang introduced the current situation of the company. After the relocation of dyeing factories, the production intelligence and digitization have been further improved, and the living conditions of employees have been further improved. On the basis of the original salary level, the company has established employee service awards, department-level virtual shares and efficiency awards to enhance labor, positively breaking egalitarianism. Thirdly, Mr. Yang made a comprehensive exposition on the company's competitive advantages and existing problems. With a relatively complete industrial chain, rich experience in brand cooperation, strong ability to accept foreign trade orders, high industry reputation and social influence, and a team with high loyalty and hard work, the company still has seven problems : 1. The enterprising spirit is degenerating. 2. Lack of innovative and pioneering spirit. 3. The lack of ownership spirit. 4. The communication is not active, and there is a phenomenon of mutual shirking of responsibilities. 5. Comprehensive and fluid management is not in place, and there is formalism. 6. The plan is not forward-looking enough. 7. The stamina for sustainable development is not strong. Finally, Mr. Yang pointed out that in the face of the current situation, opportunities and challenges coexist, and only struggle and hard work can achieve the future. The company will continue to adhere to the management concept of "people-oriented, quality-oriented, fast-paced, and innovative", and will condense an excellent management team of Siris that "wants to do things, can do things, and do good things", constantly forging ahead, pioneering and innovating, and helping the company's sustainable and healthy development.
